Sanitary Napkin... A woman's indispensable 'friend'

Over hundred of years, the sanitary napkin has become a woman's indispensable 'friend'.  It is adviceable that the sanitary napkin should be change every two to three hours continuously for hygiene purposes.  This is because, the soiled sanitary napkin surface may have bacteria growth numbering up to 107 per mm2 and this contamination may seriously affect the health of the women.

Some of the symptoms of infection during menstruation period includes mild fever, external genital infection, skin itchiness, localised burning sensation or lower abdominal pain and etc.  If left untreated, these may lead to other more serious female genital diseases.
